Service

Tandem adaptive skiing allows you to share the thrill of the slopes using equipment specially designed for guided skiing. Various types of equipment are available depending on the participant’s needs and skill level—such as the Snow’Kart, TempoDuo, or Dualski (equipped with an assist or steering bar)—ensuring a comfortable and safe experience.

Adaptive skiing outing

This activity is accessible to a wide range of people. Good hand grip may be required depending on the equipment used; however, balance issues are not a barrier to participation. Adaptations are also available—such as single-handed steering for the Snow’Kart—to meet the needs of individuals with hemiplegia.

At ESi Val Cenis, several options are available: being accompanied by a certified instructor, renting the appropriate equipment, or taking a steering course to safely guide a loved one yourself (provided you have a sufficient skiing level).

Schedules

Solo and duo adaptive skiing sessions at ESi Val Cenis feature flexible scheduling, allowing times to be tailored to each participant. To ensure the outing is perfectly suited to your needs, skill level, pace, and specific requirements, please contact us directly so we can make the necessary arrangements together. Our team is here to help you organize a personalized adaptive skiing experience and make the most of the slopes at Val Cenis.
