Service

ESi Val Cenis offers adaptive skiing sessions for individuals with disabilities who wish to discover skiing or refine their skills. Through personalized instruction and specialized equipment, everyone can progress at their own pace, according to their abilities, goals, and preferences.

Adaptive standing skiing

Standing skiing is made accessible through one-on-one guidance, using—or not using—specialized gear such as Grands Stabilos (outriggers) or the Ski-Mojo. This activity is particularly suited for individuals with visual or intellectual impairments, musculoskeletal conditions, balance issues, or any other situation requiring adapted instruction. Our instructors help you build independence, improve your technique, and rediscover the joy of skiing.

Adaptive seated skiing

Seated skiing allows individuals who cannot ski standing up to fully enjoy the thrill of the slopes. With good physical fitness and the right motivation, skiers can gradually gain independence through personalized instruction. After several sessions, the skier can learn to navigate their first runs* solo using specialized equipment: Uniski, Dualski® (featuring one or two skis, depending on the model), or TempoDuo.

Thanks to the expertise of ESi Val Cenis and equipment specifically designed for adaptive skiing, the mountains become accessible to everyone in a safe, tailored environment.

Schedules

Solo adaptive skiing sessions at ESi Val Cenis feature flexible schedules tailored to each participant. To ensure your needs, skill level, pace, and specific requirements are taken into account, we invite you to contact us directly so we can plan your outing together under the best possible conditions. Our team is here to help you organize a personalized adaptive skiing experience and make the most of the slopes at Val Cenis.
