Children's Ski Group Lessons Start at 10:00am, so as to enjoy your holidays

Children's Ski Group Lessons

Children group ski lessons combine progression, safety and conviviality. The duration of 2:30 is ideal, it takes into account both the physical effort while giving each participant time to progress.
Low season, low rates.

"Zen" times:

10am - 12.30pm: Morning classes for children only. 2h30 x 6 days

14h30 - 17h00 : Afternoon classes. 2h x 6 days

Entrust your children to us and enjoy the ski area quietly.

Neither too long nor too short children group lessons last 2 hours 30 minutes throughout the season, 15 hours a week. This formula, limited to 6/8 students depending on level, is an excellent compromise between the private lesson and the group lesson. Indeed, you will appreciate the conviviality linked to the group, the (essential) emulation and the advantageous price; all this for a personalized instruction. Take your time, the morning group lessons start at 10am.

NEW: Group lessons of 2h30 for 3 days, limited to 5 students.
(from Sunday to Tuesday or from Wednesday to Friday - Low season))

The medals are offered to children registered from 5 days group lessons.

PRICE OFF:

  - 5% discount for the third child in a sibling (valid during school holidays only).
  - or 5% discount to reward your loyalty (valid during school holidays only the mornings).

Save money with the pack, the lift pass is provided for children between 5 and 11 years old, who have never skied or only once. It is valid for 6 days on the whole area.

WHICH COURSE CHOOSE?

Children's group lessons are divided into 4 different groups at ESI Val Cenis. This organization allows us to better manage the technical and morphological differences between the children.
At the end of the week, each child receives the ESI medal corresponding to the level reached, from the Green Mouse to the Diamond Crystal. At the booking, you just specify the level obtained previuously by your children from any ski school, we will take care of the connections.

WHICH TIME SLOT TO CHOOSE?

If you're planning to ski all day with your children, it might be a good idea to opt for afternoon lessons. Learning is more about exercises, games and repetition than it is about linking runs and family challenges. With afternoon lessons, children arrive already warmed up and end the day with the right tips to get off on the right foot the next morning. What's more, it's often less crowded!

Distribution of lessons during the gathering:
Souris (Mouse) group: Children under 6 who have never skied before
Hermine group: Children who obtained the Bronze Mouse or the International Crystal
Lièvre (Hare) group: Children who obtained the Bronze or Silver Crystal
Bouquetin (Ibex) group: Children having obtained the Vermeil or Gold Crystal

Welcoming the very young
Group ski lessons are available for children aged 4 and a half and upwards. Although limited to 6 pupils, each child needs to be sufficiently independent to make the progress expected of the whole group.
We do not offer classes in enclosed kindergartens. The “Premières traces” formula may be an interesting solution for younger children.

- Number of students per course 6 to 8 maximum

- Pack: Lessons + Ski lifts

- Medal offered: For all week courses

SPECIFICITIES OF CHILD COURSES:

• If your children have already taken ESI courses, remember to bring their level book with you to complete them. You can download the ESI Passport application, which is a practical and environmentally-friendly solution for those with a head for heights.

•  If you are already registered (payment made), it is not useful to come and meet us on your arrival in the resort, WE ARE WAITING FOR YOU AT THE DEPARTURE OF THE COURSES on the slopes of Val Cenis Le Haut on the first day at time indicated.

• If you wish to collect your ski passes ordered before the lessons, you can do so on Sunday morning from 9 to 10 am at the ESI office in Val Cenis Le haut, next to the ski lift ticket offices. Please contact us the day before.

• It is possible that, exceptionally, courses take place with 9 pupils instead of the maximum 8 following the reorientation of a pupil. We do our best to meet our commitments.

• Autonomy and safety are priority objectives in all courses, from the mouse level. So do not be surprised to see your little ones manage their equipment themselves when joining a gondola for instance. Likewise, knowing how to get back up on their own is a guarantee of security, it is important that this acquisition be approached from the first levels.
